Return Policy

In order to keep our pricing as attractive as it is, we inventory very little product. For the most part your merchandise will be special ordered from the manufacturer at the time you place your order. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will honor a 100% return policy on your order. Other than for manufacturing defect, because returns inherently involve extra costs beyond those associated with the normal processing of an order, we impose a 15% return premium on our products returned. If you have a question about this policy or wish to have us CONSIDER EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Subject to this policy, merchandise may be returned for a refund, PROVIDED THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNWORN CONDITION, and WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS AND TAGS within the first 30 days from purchase date. We do not sell used merchandise and will not accept merchandise with any indication that it has been worn or mishandled. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser.

CompetitionSwimming.Com will refund the purchase price less the return premium of the merchandise returned within the time and manner stated above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. NOTE: YOU MUST OBTAIN A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" NUMBER FROM CompetitionSwimming.Com BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR RETURNING PACKAGE. ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE REFUSED. ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND SHOULD BE SENT TO:
